I’ve been overweight my entire life and honestly, I’ve never been happy with my body and I’ve never been happy with my life. I love working out and I love excelling. I went with a constant struggle over starting a diet and quitting a diet or starting a workout and quitting a workout. This time I’m trying to commit myself to healthy eating lifestyle and a daily workout. I’m looking to build lean muscle and drop weight and just be happy with my body.
